Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients
• Extensive travel required

• 1 to 3 years of experience in installation, technical application and user assistance of computer/telecommunication hardware and software systems
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• MCSE certification
• 1 to 2 years experience in Windows Server NT, Windows Server 2000, Windows Server 2003, Small Business Server, Novell, GroupWise, Exchange Server, Active Directory
• Experience with routers, switches, hubs, firewalls, modems, wireless networks, VPN and remote access.

Desktop Technician

Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients
• Extensive travel required

• 2 to 4 year college degree desirable
• MCP certification
• Excellent communication skills
• Extensive experience with Windows XP Professional, Anti-Virus software, MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook
• Backup Systems
• Knowledge of network configuration of both PCs and servers, hard drives, motherboards, video cards, CD ROM drives and sound cards

Programmer/Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Assist in development of application modules.
• Interact with clients

• 1 to 3 years of experience in application software development
• Computer science degree or an equivalent from a four year college or university
• Excellent communication, writing skills
• C#.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Visual studio .NET experience
• Strong SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005 skills
• Experience in Oracle
• Ability to perform System Requirement Analysis
• Object oriented programming skills
