FuturTech Consulting has years of experience in developing systems from the ground up, and in managing internal systems development projects in addition to managing projects using third party vendors. FuturTech’s philosophy is fairly simple.   Every engagement, small or large, requires a very similar approach and processes.  Key to the project’s success is a solid methodology that supports proper project planning, carrying out the project according to the plans, monitoring the project at a level detailed enough to spot issues quickly to respond to them, and ensuring all tasks and deliverables are met to support the organization’s desire for a successful outcome.  FuturTech Consulting adheres to this philosophy, successfully completing projects for organizations large and small.

FuturTech has a staff of project management professionals, many of whom have been managing projects for over twenty years.  FuturTech Consulting has Project Managers certified by the Project Management Institute, Inc. (PMI), which is the world’s leading not-for-profit membership association for the project management profession.  We follow the PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards and guidelines, incorporating best practices into our time tested project management approach.  We utilize the five Process Groups: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling and Closing.  Our experience crosses many dimensions, and we have implemented many types of projects including the following:
